Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days   of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation where applicable.

  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Return Timeframe

Customers must submit a return request within 7 days  of receiving the product.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days  of receiving return authorization.

Late return requests may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Store credit may be offered in certain situations.

  • Processing may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 days of bussiness days .

Please note that banks, card issuers, UPI providers, and payment gateways may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective product received

  • Damaged product received during shipping

  • Size or variant issues (where applicable)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days  of delivery.

Product availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed and may depend on stock levels.

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days  of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we may:

  • Replace the item

  • Offer a refund

  • Provide store credit

  • Arrange a return pickup where applicable

There will be no additional charge to the customer for verified damaged or incorrect items.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene-related products once opened

  • Beauty or personal care products that have been used

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

9. Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due to:

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items:

velooraa  will bear the return shipping costs.

Customer preference returns (e.g., changed mind, no longer needed, ordered by mistake):

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.

Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted.


10. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be partially reduced or denied if:

  • The item is returned damaged by the customer.

  • Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing.

  • The product shows signs of excessive use.

  • Return conditions outlined in this policy are not met.


11. Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the return process outlined above will apply.
